After years in the corporate world, Cameron made the bold decision to leave his career behind and pursue what he truly loved: crafting authentic, Texas-style barbecue and sharing it with people he loves.

For over a decade, Cam and his family lived in Jacksonville, Florida, where they experienced the rich traditions of Southern hospitality and some of the best barbecue the South has to offer. This included lots of visits to Texas. Those years shaped his appreciation for quality barbecue and genuine hospitality.

A devoted husband, father, and craftsman, Cameron has always been passionate about working with wood, tending a fire, and perfecting the art of slow-smoked barbecue.
